Purchase methods

In AIM Store buying a product is fast and easy. Simply click on the item you wish to buy.

Chosen the item, you'll access the "Product features" page, where you'll find a detailed description of its characteristics and will be able to choose among different variants, colors, sizes, etc.

Click "Add to cart" in order to add the selected item to your shopping list.

If you would like to add more items, click "Continue shopping".

Once selected all desired items, click the "Cart" button – top right of all pages.

You’ll see the summary of all selected items, their quantity and cost.

Here you can change quantities and/or cancel items: clicking "Update" you'll see the total amount to be paid (tax excluded).

To finish the order, click "Payment". You'll access the registration page.

If already registered, simply digit your AIM User ID and password. If you are not yet registered, digit your e-mail address and access the registration page, where you'll have to insert your personal/billing/shipment data.

Once confirmed the order, logging into the "Account" section you'll see the summary of all details and the status of your order.

For your AIM Store shopping you can use your VISA, Mastercard, American Express cards and your PayPal account, the most secure system for online transactions. To open a PayPal account, visit www.PayPal.com.

Shipment and tax

Shipment cost is flat: €10 for the whole order, regardless the number/weight/volume of selected items. Tax charge depends on the country:

Italy: 20% VAT
Euro Countries – VAT code customers (i.e. companies): no VAT is charged
Euro Countries - customers without VAT code: 20% VAT
Non-European countries: no VAT is charged

Customer rights

According to italian law, if you are not satisfied with any Product you have purchased from us, you may inform us via e-mail at store@aim-sportline.com and return the Product to us within 10 working days from delivery.

You'll obtain a refund of the price of the returned Product – shipment excluded - within 14 Calendar Days of delivery of the Product. Transportation charges will be paid by AIM.
