Right of withdrawal
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, the shipping cost will be entirely borne by the customer.
You can request a return directly from your store account. Once the return confirmation has been received you can then ship the package to:

When the package will be delivered us, we will proceed in refunding you for the items (no changes are allowed).
If you purchased an item from one of our authorized resellers and would like to return that item, you should contact the reseller directly.
How to return a product
You can request a return loggin into your account and clicking on “Order history and details”, then click "Details".
Here you can request the return by marking the products to be returned and indicating the reasons for the return in the form below within 30 days.
To check your order number log in to your account and click "Order History and Details".
You will receive an email shortly (3-4 days) confirming your return/refund request.§
Products must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging.
Returns for defective products:
- AiM Tech Srl guarantees it's products with regards to materials or manufacturing defects.
- In the event of defective product please follow the aforementioned return procedure.
- After receipt of the Return Form for the defective goods, AiM Tech will inform you if the return has been accepted and if you will receive a new product or will be refunded.
- The refund with be processed in most cases within a few days of the return confirmation. All refunds will be made within (30) days of the return confirmation.
- The refund will be credited using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. The refund is made for the value of the returned product excluding shipping costs EVENTUALLY paid by the customer at the purchase.
E.g. If you place an order of less than €50, shipping is charged to the customer. In case of a return request, the refund will be made only for the value of the item(s) purchased without a refund of shipping costs.
