- Items in the due to the discounts offered cannot be returned free of charge in accordance with our policies. You can return these items, but the shipping cost will be totally in charge of the customer. Once you will have submitted the return request, you will receive the return confirmation. When the package will be delivered us, we will proceed in refunding you the money for the items (no changes are allowed).
If you purchased an item from one of our authorized resellers and would like to return that item, you should contact the reseller directly.


How to return a product

Log into your account and click on “Order history and details”. Here you can request your return.

- You will shortly (3-4 days) receive an email confirming your return/refund request. The email will indicate a return number that must be attached to the goods you return, and the UPS label to be used to return the goods. If you decide to return products using a different shipping company other than UPS*, AiM Tech will not be responsible for the shipping costs or for any loss or damage to the products.

- Products must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging.

*AiM Tech Srl works with UPS (www.ups.com) as official shipper for all products purchased from our site store.aim-sportline.com. This allows us to pay for shipping an monitor the return shipments to provide the best possible service.


Returns for defective products:

  • AiM Tech Srl guarantees it's products with regards to materials or manufacturing defects.
  •  In the event of defective product please follow the aforementioned return procedure.
  • After receipt of the Return Form for the defective goods, AiM Tech will inform you if the return has been accepted and if you will receive a new product or will be refunded.
  • The refund with be processed in most cases within a few days of the return confirmation. All refunds will be made within (30) days of the return confirmation.
  • The refund will be credited using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. The refund is made for the value of the returned product excluding shipping costs EVENTUALLY paid by the customer at the purchase.

E.g. If you place an order of less than €500, shipping is charged to the customer. In case of a return request, the refund will be made only for the value of the item(s) purchased without a refund of shipping costs.
