If competing at the highest level is your aim, sensors are such a key element to complete a full racing package: collecting data at every lap, they let you know what is actually happening around your car, helping you to fix problems the car/bike/kart might face session after session and even make you understand how to improve your performance.
The engine temperature, water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure as well as tire and brake temperature are constantly monitored and displayed in real time on the dashlogger with which the sensors interface. In this section you will find the AiM sensors that are right for you.

Kart accelerator/brake pedal magnetic position sensor
AiM devices can measure the distance between two points using a kart brake/accelerator pedal magnetic position sensor. It gives an extremely precise indication of the pedal position, measures its travel and shows all values in percentage in a 0 e 100%. range.

AiM instruments can measure the relative displacement between two different points using a sensor (rotary potentiometer) directly connected to the two measure points. This sensor may be used to measure angular displacements, such as throttle position.

AiM loggers can measure an element rotation (i.e. steering angle) using the rotatory potentiometer kit whose items are to be mounted integral with the mobile element and with a fixed reference point on the vehicle chassis.
