With RaceStudio 3 software you can configure your overlays as you wish: add your logo and the track map and choose your graphic elements from a list of pre-determined sets with same layout or even single objects from different sets.

Keeping track of your car’s health is the first pillar of data analysis and with SmartyCam 4 and AiM loggers you can visualize and manage alerts and essential  data such as oil pressure and battery voltage for identify potential issue early, saving valuable time and efforts when faults.

The video of a whole session, once downloaded on your PC, can now be split - with a simple click - in individual videos of each lap: so that you can simultaneously watch two of them and check where you were faster or slower. The same operation can be performed with a SmartyCam 4 video recorded on the same track: you will be able to compare your best lap with your friends personal best!

Full internal datalogger

All data received from the CAN bus and from the internal sensors are recorded in .mp4 files produced at the end of your test, your USB-C Drive or SD card contains all the information you need for a deep data analysis.

ECU CONNECTION

SmartyCam 4 can read data from your ECU via CAN/RS232/K-line connection.
Choose among thousands of protocols available for connecting the SmartyCam 4 to your engine.
In case the protocol for your vehicle is not available in our huge database, 
you can anyway easily develop it thanks to the "ECU Driver Builder" feature, available in RaceStudio 3 software.
The Sport version features exclusively the CAN AiM.

The new SmartyCam 4 Corsa and GPD take video quality to the next level, featuring a cutting-edge Sony CMOS sensor paired with a powerful dedicated ISP processing chip. The result? Exceptionally sharp footage, richer and more accurate colors, and outstanding performance in any lighting condition—capturing every detail with professional-grade precision.

LSI Stabilizer

The Sony Electronic Image Stabilizer offers key improvements, including reduced vibrations, optional horizontal lock, minimized “jello effect” corrected lens distortion and enhanced local contrast.

Designed for the extreme

An on-board camera designed for motorsport must guarantee great resistance against the extreme working conditions typical of racing and against the most adverse weather. That is why SmartyCam 4 cameras  are IP65 waterproof made in CNC billet aluminum and sapphire frontal glass for a complete protection.

One port. Multiple capabilities

USB-C port, placed in the side flap, makes any transfer from PC to SmartyCam 4 and viceversa easy and fast. Using the proper cable, USB-C port makes it possible to send configuration, updating, tracks and settings the camera framing in live view in addition to data download and storage.

Full Control, Right from Your Smartphone 

With the dedicated RaceStudio 3 app, all camera settings including framing, frame rate, image flip and more, can be easily adjusted right from your smartphone, all at your fingertips. A wide range of customization options provides precise control for any track or condition. Additionally, all data from the connected loggers can be viewed in real time on your smartphone when paired with the SmartyCam 4.

Automatic Start & Stop

While you’re racing, you have plenty of other things to focus on and your SmartyCam 4 camera knows that.
That’s why it automatically powers on and off, and starts and stops recording on its own.
You can also set the conditions that trigger the recording yourself, or simply use the default settings.

Auto Track Detection

SmartyCam 4 Series with the aid of AiM GPS Module, instantly detects your track and starts mapping automatically.
On tracks with multiple layouts, the GPS identifies the correct circuit on the second pass over the markers.
If your circuit isn’t in the database, you can easily create a custom one with RaceStudio 3.

High quality with small size video files

Generic HD cameras are focused on the highest pixels number. The result is that their video files are far too large, taking too much memory; for this reason SmartyCam 4 videos have the same quality as other FHD cameras but their files are smaller because the H.264 compression system parameters have been optimized to perfectly balance video quality and file size.
